Click Settings, then Spam

From here you can update your spam level and block specific email addresses
This is an IP address conflict. Please send your IP address to reception@kwikweb.co.za and we will resolve it for you.

Go to Settings > Identities

Click on your identity â you'll find a field to enter your email signature there
âšī¸ If you're using Outlook or another email client, visit that program's support centre for signature setup instructions.
Only one device can check your email.
Emails are stored locally on your computer.
Sent mail is stored on your PC â not visible from other devices.
Use multiple devices to check your email.
Emails are stored on the server.
Sent mail stays on the server â visible from any device.
âšī¸ We recommend IMAP for most users â especially if you check email on more than one device.

Log in to your website management portal at www.kwikwap.co.za

Go to Domain & Admin Settings > Email Account Admin

Next to your email account, click the pencil / edit button

Enter your new password â it will update immediately
â ī¸ After changing your password, remember to update it in your email program (Outlook, Apple Mail, phone, etc.) or you may get locked out.
To remove emails directly from the server:

Log in to your webmail via browser at mail.your-domain.co.za

Delete old emails from there, or create an Archive folder and move them out of your Inbox
To reduce spam in your inbox:

In webmail, go to Settings > Spam > General Settings > Score Threshold and raise the spam score

Under Address Rules, you can block specific email addresses or domains entirely
You cannot directly convert a POP3 account to IMAP â but you can switch in three steps:

Remove your current POP3 account from your email program

Add the same account again as an IMAP account
- 3
Transfer your old mail folders if space on the server permits

This is an outgoing port restriction. When sending from outside South Africa, you need to use port 2333 for your outgoing mail server.

Email info@kwikwap.co.za and ask us to open your international port on our server

Once confirmed, change your outgoing SMTP port to 2333 in your email program settings
â ī¸ This applies when travelling to countries like China, Brazil, the UK, and others. Contact us before you travel if possible.

Microsoft Outlook: Visit Microsoft's Outlook support centre for step-by-step signature instructions
This is called email spoofing â spammers forge the "From" address to make it look like an email came from you. Unfortunately, there is very little that can be done to fully prevent this, as it exploits a fundamental aspect of how email works.

You can follow a general Android/Huawei email setup guide, but make sure to use Kwikweb's email settings â not the server details shown in the guide itself.

Emails should download automatically once the account is set up with the correct settings. Only emails currently in your webmail inbox (mail.yourdomain.co.za) will be downloaded to your new setup.
