Change Your Email Password
Follow these steps — your new password works immediately.-

Go to www.kwikwap.co.za

Log in with your website username and password.

Once logged in, navigate to Domain & Admin Settings, then click Email Account Admin.

Next to each email account you will see three icons: ✉️ Envelope ✏️ Pencil ✕ Delete

Click carefully on the ✏️ Pencil — not the ✕. Fill in your new password and it will change automatically and can be used straight away.

Remember to update the password in your email program (Outlook, Thunderbird, phone mail app, etc.) where your account is set up.
Important: If you don't update your password in your email program, it will keep trying the old password and your account may get locked out.
