How to Add Your Email Account to Gmail

Log in to your personal Gmail account at mail.google.com

Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings

From the menu, select Settings

Click on Accounts and Import from the top tab menu

Next to "Check mail from other accounts", click "Add a mail account"

Enter your email address and click Next >>

Enter your email settings and password, then click Add Account >>
Username
Your full email address (e.g. test@testing.co.za)
Password
Your email account password
POP Incoming Server
Email technical@kwikwap.co.za to get your server details for Gmail

Leave copy on server
✓ Enabled

Click Yes when asked if you want to send from this address, then click Next Step >>

Enter your display name, uncheck Treat as an alias, and click Next Step >>

Add your outgoing email settings and click Add Account >>

Find the verification code in your email inbox and enter it in the verification box — or click the link in the email and close the window.

✅ Your account is now set up — you can send and receive from it directly within Gmail.
